This wine is the rediscovery of a vine of origin of the Marche, born from the experiences of Prof. Bruni Bruni. Straw yellow in colour, the wine has structure and persistence, aromatic and dry taste. The dominant aromas are of fresh fruit and acacia flowers. It is enhanced with first courses, fish, white meats and is also combined with cooked vegetables and pizza. Serve at a temperature of about 10 degrees.
