The precise selection of Italian olives, picked up by hands and milled every November and December with the cold press treatment, make 'Armonie' a unique oil with an elegant and delicate taste. It is second for purity only to the Extra-virgin Taggiasco Olive Oil. It has a lighter fruity taste. This oil is ideal for spicing up delicate dishes.

-1 Bottle 250 ml TAO: t is a green, fruity oil of medium intensity and in the mouth it is soft, with an initial sweet impact, with bitter and spicy tones in excellent balance and progressive. In the taste is perceived grass, green almond, then the clear references to the artichoke that reappear coherently even in closing. The nose has clean and fresh aromas with clear herbaceous tones and evident vegetal connotations of artichoke, with final hints of tomato and apple. Tao has good fluidity, flavor and harmony, and as such is suitable for multiple uses, due to the right combination of four cultivars, two Sicilian - Nocellara and Biancolilla olives - and two Apulian - Coratina and Peranzana olives. Peranzana expresses softness on the palate and herbaceous aromas, Coratina green almond and great character and bitter note; Nocellara with hints of tomato and harmony, Biancolilla with almond tones and a sweet note that mitigates the bitterness of Coratina. It's especially recommended for raw finishes of meat and fish and shellfish, as well as to give a truly special character in finishing on the sauces of the first courses.

Genesi presents a sweet and balanced taste, almost nuts-like with a delicate smell, ideal for spicing up refined dishes, in particular fish. The Taggiasca olive is the Italian most loved variety of olives. It has a beautiful green yellow colour, the smell is intense with a light scent of almond. The flavour reminds artichokes with an initial sweet taste. Then you will feel bitter and spices notes.

-Jar of PESTO GENOVESE D.O.P.: Pesto Genovese is realised with Genovese basil DOP farmed in Liguria di Ponente. Guido1860 add to fresh basil leaves an high percentage of Mediterranean pine nuts. The product is not pasteurised to give it relevance and to guarantee a specific high-level quality.
