From the vineyards surrounding Canelli, which were declared a Unesco World Heritage Site comes the marc imbued with all the aromatic “moods” of Moscato which, after soft pressing, controlled fermentation and a slow distillation in a pot still using a double boiler, give life to this intense and pervasive grappa. Notes of candied orange peel, peach and acacia honey stand out strongly against a fresh and fragrant background. The flavour has broad hints of cedar and sage which coat the palate with an elegant, full touch and a harmonious and complex finish.
